* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northwestern Harding County in northeastern New Mexico...
  Northeastern Mora County in northeastern New Mexico...
  Southeastern Colfax County in northeastern New Mexico...

* Until 345 PM MDT.

* At 258 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 13 miles southeast
  of Springer, moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated. 

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

Large hail, damaging winds and continuous cloud to ground lightning

of Mills, or 16 miles southeast of Springer, moving east at 30 mph.

NORTHEASTERN MORA AND SOUTHEASTERN COLFAX COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...
                
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore the warning has been cancelled.  However small hail, gusty
winds and heavy rain are still possible with this thunderstorm.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 1000 PM MDT for
northeastern New Mexico.
