The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  East central Cibola County in west central New Mexico...
  Northwestern Valencia County in central New Mexico...
  Bernalillo County in central New Mexico...

* Until 600 PM MDT.

* At 404 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated torrential rain extending 
  from I-40 near the intersection of State Road 6 or Correro 
  streching south and southwest to areas just east of Acoma Pueblo. 
  Two to 3 inches of rain have already fallen since 2 PM. Flash 
  flooding is already occurring.

* Flash flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of east central
  Cibola...northwestern Valencia and Bernalillo Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive your vehicle into areas where water covers the roadway.
The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross safely.

EAST CENTRAL CIBOLA...NORTHWESTERN VALENCIA AND BERNALILLO
COUNTIES...

At 501 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has ended across 
the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. 
Additional heavy rainfall is possible over the area through 6 
pm. Flash flooding is already occurring.

Flash flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of east central
Cibola...northwestern Valencia and Bernalillo Counties.
