* AT 455 PM MST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  PERSISTENT HEAVY RAIN NEAR ROUTE 66 NORTHEAST OF VALENTINE. FLASH
  FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  VALENTINE AND THE TRUXTON CANYON WASH.
