* AT 113 AM MST...DOPPLER RADAR AND AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGES INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ALONG AND WEST OF HIGHWAY 93
  BETWEEN TEMPLE BAR ROAD AND DOLAN SPRINGS. UP TO ONE INCH OF RAIN
  HAS ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* FLASH FLOODING WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF WESTERN
