  HEAVY RAIN OVER THE SHEEP RANGE. THIS STORM HAS BEEN NEARLY
  STATIONARY. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
