  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. EARLIER STORMS PRODUCED 1 TO 2
  INCHES OF RAIN...WHICH WILL COMBINE WITH AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3
  INCHES OF RAIN FROM THE ONGOING STORMS. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED
  TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
