  SOUTHEASTERN JEFFERSON COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN KANSAS...

* UNTIL 330 PM CDT

* AT 1130 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS
  PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. FLASH FLOODING IS
  EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY. DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED 2 TO 4
  INCHES OF RAINFALL SINCE 9 AM. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF
  RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH 1 PM.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
