  HEAVY RAIN OVER NORTH CREEK...LOCATED IN ZION NATIONAL PARK.  THIS
  INCLUDES THE SUBWAY SLOT CANYON.  ADDITIONAL TRIBUTARIES AND
  SURROUNDING STREAMS ARE ANTICIPATED TO FLASH FLOOD
