* WINDS...SOUTHEAST 25 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 TO 60 MPH...
  WITH THE HIGHEST WINDS GENERALLY NEAR THE SHORELINE.

* IMPACTS...WIND SPEEDS OF THIS STRENGTH CAN TOPPLE TREES WHICH
  COULD FALL ONTO ROADS...VEHICLES...AND ROOFTOPS. SOME POWER
  OUTAGES ARE LIKELY.
