* COUNTY OFFICIALS IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY REPORT THAT THE WOODLAKE DAM
  ON LAKE SURF JUST SOUTHEAST OF VASS REMAINS AT RISK OF FAILURE.
  THE DAM HAS BEEN REINFORCED WITH SAND BAGS AND MORE REINFORCEMENT
  IS EXPECTED EARLY THIS MORNING. A FAILURE WOULD RESULT IN FLASH
