AT 402 PM EDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS NEAR GUMBORO...OR 12 MILES NORTHEAST OF SALISBURY. THE STORM WAS DRIFTING SLOWLY NORTHWARD. WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.
