AT 607 PM EDT...A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM WOODSTOWN TO
QUINTON TO PORT PENN WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS...AND MAY
CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED
ROADWAYS. THESE STORMS WERE PRODUCING ALMOST AN INCH OF RAINFALL IN
