* Forecast...The Wildhorse Creek will continue rising to near 26.0 
  feet mid Monday morning. The Wildhorse Creek will fall below flood 
  stage mid Monday morning. 
  
* Impact...At 26.0 feet...Agricultural lands...oilfields...and 
  local roads along the creek in Carter and Murray counties may be
