* AT 831 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN FROM BENJAMIN TO NORTH OF SEYMOUR. ONE TO FIVE INCHES
  OF RAINFALL HAS OCCURRED SINCE 4 PM IN PARTS OF NORTHERN KNOX AND
  BAYLOR COUNTIES. 

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
