* AT 139 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR AND AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGES INDICATED
  HEAVY RAIN FALLING OVER TILLMAN COUNTY. TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS
  ALREADY FALLEN NEAR AND WEST OF GRANDFIELD...AND ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS
  EXPECTED.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  GRANDFIELD AND LOVELAND.
