  SOUTHWESTERN OKANOGAN COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN WASHINGTON...

* UNTIL 715 PM PDT
    
* AT 451 PM PDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO
  BEGIN SHORTLY. EXCESSIVE RAINFALL OVER THE TWISP RIVER AND LITTLE
  BRIDGE CREEK BURN SCARS WILL RESULT IN DEBRIS FLOWS IN THE TWISP
  RIVER DRAINAGE. THE DEBRIS FLOW CAN CONSIST OF
  ROCK...MUD...VEGETATION AND OTHER LOOSE MATERIALS.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...

BURNED AREAS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND
