* AT 351 PM PDT...GAUGE REPORTS INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO
BEGIN SHORTLY. EXCESSIVE RAINFALL OVER THE BURN SCAR WILL RESULT
IN FLASH FLOODING AND DRAINAGES NEAR HIGHWAY 153. THE DEBRIS FLOW
CAN CONSIST OF ROCK...MUD...VEGETATION AND OTHER LOOSE MATERIALS.
