* AT 1106 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE
  WARNED AREA...WITH ANOTHER AREA OF HEAVY RAIN MOVING IN FROM THE
  SOUTH. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN.
  FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
