* Forecast...rise above flood stage this afternoon and
continue to rise to near 8.3 feet by 2 AM Saturday. the
river will fall below flood stage by noon Saturday.
* Impact...at 7.0 feet...County road 24 1/2 will begin to flood
downstream of Surprise. In addition, the city park near the gage
