  FALLING ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. KMUX DOPPLER RADAR IS INDICATING
  ADDITIONAL LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINFALL ON ITS WAY TO THE AREA.
  FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN A THREAT THROUGH AT
  LEAST MIDNIGHT.
