WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM MST THIS AFTERNOON. 

* IMPACTS/TIMING: STRONG WINDS WILL DEVELOP THIS MORNING AND LAST
  THROUGH LATE THIS AFTERNOON. THE WESTERLY WINDS WILL CAUSE
  DANGEROUS CROSS-WINDS FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES INCLUDING
  TRACTOR-TRAILERS AND THOSE PULLING TRAILERS.

* WINDS: WESTERLY 30 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH.

* LOCATIONS WITH STRONGEST WINDS EXPECTED INCLUDE...HIGHWAY 1 AND
  INTERSTATE 90 IN THE VICINITY OF ANACONDA...HIGHWAY 141 SOUTH OF
