ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR ROGERS TO BROOKLYN PARK TO
ROSEVILLE. MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 40 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.
