* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by after midnight tonight and 
  continue to rise to near 11.5 feet by tomorrow morning.the river 
  will fall below flood stage by tomorrow early afternoon.

following 2 to 3 inches of rain which fell in the basins on 
Tuesday and Wednesday.

Tuesday and Wednesday. The Eau Claire river near Fall Creek has fallen
below flood stage...and will continue to fall to below 2 feet by Wednesday
March 23rd.
