  WARNED AREA. THREE TO FOUR INCHES HAVE FALLEN ACROSS EXTREME
  SOUTHERN BALDWIN COUNTY IN THE PAST 3 HOURS...PRIMARILY IN THE
  GULF SHORES AREA. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN IS LIKELY TO MOVE ACROSS
  THE AREA OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS. ANY ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN WILL
