* AT 946 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA WITH RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2
  TO 3.5 INCHES HAVING FALLEN OVER THE PAST 2 HOURS WITH AN
  ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT HOUR. FLASH
  FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
