  ESCAMBIA COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL ALABAMA...

* UNTIL 230 PM CDT

* AT 1130 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. TWO TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN WITH
  ISOLATED AMOUNTS APPROACHING FIVE INCHES HAS ALREADY FALLEN IN THE
  WARNED AREA...AND ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND STORMS APPROACHING FROM
  THE SOUTHWEST WILL PROVIDE ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE NEXT
  ONE TO TWO HOURS. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM VERY HEAVY RAINS WILL LEAD
