* LOCATION...VOLUSIA, BREVARD, INDIAN RIVER, SAINT LUCIE AND
  MARTIN COUNTIES.

* POTENTIAL IMPACTS...ROUGH POUNDING SURF. LIFE THREATENING RIP
  CURRENTS ARE POSSIBLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

ROUGH SURF CAN OFTEN BE MORE DANGEROUS THAN IT APPEARS WHILE
STANDING ON THE BEACH. HEAVY BREAKING WAVES CAN KNOCK YOU OFF A
SANDBAR INTO DEEPER WATER OR INTO A RIP CURRENT. SWIM NEAR A
