MITCHELL COUNTY IN WESTERN TEXAS... * UNTIL 400 AM CDT * AT 1155 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN MOVING INTO THE WARNED AREA FROM THE SOUTH. IT IS ESTIMATED THAT AROUND THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.
