  SOUTHWESTERN MARTIN COUNTY IN WESTERN TEXAS...

* UNTIL 1230 AM CDT

* AT 936 PM CDT...A NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM IS RESULTING IN
  TORRENTIAL RAINFALL OVER THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES AS MUCH
  AS 5-6 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE LAST TWO HOURS. FLASH
  FLOODING ON SH 349 IS LIKELY OCCURRING.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
