* AT 537 AM CDT/437 AM MDT/...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS
  PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF
  RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN AND MORE IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT HOUR
  OR TWO.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
