PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN FROM 6 MILES EAST OF CRANE TO 5 MILES EAST
OF MCCAMEY. ONE TO TWO INCH RAINFALL AMOUNTS HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.
ANOTHER ONE TO TWO INCHES IS LIKELY...SO FLASH FLOODING IS
EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY. STATE HIGHWAY 329 FROM THE CRANE AND
