  NORTHEASTERN DICKENS COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN TEXAS...

* UNTIL 445 PM CDT
    
* AT 421 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO
  WAS LOCATED 7 MILES EAST OF DICKENS...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO. 

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION. 

  IMPACT...MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. DAMAGE TO
