* Until Thursday morning.
* At 4:00 PM Wednesday the stage was 10.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* The river is forecast to rise above flood stage early this evening and
  crest near 11.3 feet overnight tonight. 
* Impact:  At 11.0 feet...Right Bank begins to overflow flooding 
  wooded areas.
