for the following rivers in Illinois... 

  Kankakee River at Momence affecting Kankakee County

.One to two inches of rain fell across portions of the Kankakee River 
this morning causing rises along the river.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety message...If you encounter a flooded roadway...turn around and
find an alternate route.
