* AT 1254 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES AND
OBSERVATIONS INDICATE 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE
PAST TWO HOURS ACROSS PARTS OF THE WARNED AREA. ADDITIONAL
MODERATE TO AT TIMES HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR
