* AT 340 PM CST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN DEVELOPING ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF
  RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN
  SHORTLY WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS
  DEVELOPING AND MOVING OVER THE SAME GENERAL AREA.
