* AT 859 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO TWO AND A HALF INCHES OF
RAIN HAVE FALLEN IN JUST OVER AN HOUR. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED
TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
