Warning for portions of the following rivers in central and southern 
Indiana...

  East Fork White River...Sugar Creek...Wabash River...

.Lowland flooding will develop along rivers in central and southern 
Indiana. Significant flooding is not expected. Flooding will affect 
some local and state roads...low agricultural land and some river 
parks. Flooding will begin by [day of the week].


Precautionary/Preparedness Actions...

Motorists should never drive into flood water. Turn around and go 
another way. Keep children away from flooded areas. Recreational and 
agricultural interests should remain alert to changing river 
conditions.

  the East Fork White River near Bedford.
* from late Saturday night to Thursday March 03.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is forecast to have a maximum value of 21.5 
  feet Monday early afternoon.
* At 21.2 feet...At this level during December 2013 backwater reached 
  the tailwater of Lake Monroe as Salt Creek stopped falling.  The 
  crest of the river followed 2 days later and reached 27.6 feet at 
  Bedford and caused Salt Creek to rise nearly 6 feet at the 
  tailwater of Monroe Lake.

  bank from the mouth of Sugar Creek to northern edge of Montezuma

* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by Tuesday morning and continue 
  to rise to near 14.2 feet by Tuesday morning.  The river will fall 
  below flood stage by Wednesday early afternoon.
* At 14.0 feet...Flood waters begin to enter the two breaks in the 
  Honey Creek Levee maintained by the Honey Creek Levee Association.
  These two breaks occurred during the April 2013 flood.

* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by Tuesday morning and continue 
  to rise to near 16.0 feet by Wednesday morning.  The river will 
  fall below flood stage by early Friday morning.
* At 16.0 feet...Some agricultural lands underwater.  A few rural 
  roads in Crawford County, Illinois close as water backs up Minnow 
  Slough.  High water affects campground at Leaverton Park in 
  Palestine.  A few private roads near the Gill Township levee in 
  Sullivan County may flood.  Water level is at the top of most 
  makeshift levees.
