* AT 1040 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA...WITH ESTIMATES OF UP TO 1.5
  INCHES FALLING OVER SOUTHERN KNOX COUNTY SINCE 10 PM EDT. FLASH
  FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
