...AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT WESTERN VILAS AND NORTHWEST
ONEIDA COUNTIES...

AT 517 PM CDT...A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM 5 MILES
NORTHWEST OF IRONWOOD...TO GURNEY AND MARENGO. THE STORMS WERE
MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH AND PEA SIZE HAIL ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE
STORMS.

THE STORMS WILL IMPACT WESTERN VILAS COUNTY NEAR WINCHESTER AND
LAC DU FLAMBEAU BY AROUND 550 PM CDT. 

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND GUSTY WINDS ARE OCCURRING
WITH THIS STORM. LIGHTNING CAN STRIKE 10 MILES AWAY FROM A
THUNDERSTORM. SEEK A SAFE SHELTER INSIDE A BUILDING OR VEHICLE.
