* At  7:00 AM Thursday the stage was 14.9 feet and rising. 
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet. 
* At 14.0 feet...Bower street near the park in Pittsville is 
  underwater.  Widespread lowland and agricultural flooding is 
  occurring .

* until Saturday afternoon...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 7:15 PM Thursday the stage was 15.5 feet. 
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet. 
* Minor flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...the river will continue rising to near 17.1 feet Friday  
  morning. The river will fall below flood stage late Friday evening.
* At 17.0 feet...Highway 80 is closed near the town of Babcock.  
  Widespread wooded land along the river is flooded.
