* AT 744 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO
  WAS LOCATED 10 MILES SOUTHEAST OF NAPONEE...OR 19 MILES NORTHEAST OF
  PHILLIPSBURG...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.
