  NORTHEASTERN SHERMAN COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEBRASKA...

* UNTIL 900 PM CDT

* AT 602 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES OF 3 TO 4
  INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN
  SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  LOUP CITY...ASHTON AND SHERMAN RESERVOIR DAM.

IN HILLY TERRAIN THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS WHICH ARE
POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS IN HEAVY RAIN. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS FLOODED
ROADS. FIND AN ALTERNATE ROUTE.
