HILLS...OR 7 MILES SOUTH OF CEDARTOWN...MOVING EAST AT 60 MPH.

  HAZARD...WINDS UP TO 40 MPH...PEA SIZED HAIL AND HEAVY RAIN. 

  IMPACT...PEOPLE OUTDOORS SHOULD SEEK SHELTER IMMEDIATELY. EXPECT
