life and property.

* Until late Sunday night.
* At 845 PM Thursday the stage was 14.1 feet...and nearly steady.
* Moderate flooding is occurring...however minor flooding is forecast
by early Friday morning.
* Flood stage is 12 feet.
* The river will begin to fall late this evening...with the river
expected to drop below flood stage Sunday evening.
* At 14 feet...Moderate flooding occurs with roads to homes along the
west side of the river in Abbeville inaccessible.
At 13 feet...Minor flooding occurs in the lowlands adjacent to the
river with flooding of the nearby park and parking lot at the
Abbeville boat ramp.
