  SOUTHEASTERN EDWARDS COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...
  REAL COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...

* UNTIL 1145 AM CDT

* AT 842 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A COMPLEX OF SHOWERS AND
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS REAL COUNTY AND EASTERN
  EDWARDS COUNTY. UP TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN ACROSS
  THE AREA WITH ADDITIONAL RAINFALL ACCUMULATIONS UP TO 2 INCHES
  PER HOUR POSSIBLE.  FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  LEAKEY...CAMP WOOD...VANCE...RIO FRIO...TUFF...BARKSDALE...
