  EAST CENTRAL EL PASO COUNTY IN WESTERN TEXAS...

* UNTIL 700 PM MDT
    
* AT 634 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR HORIZON CITY...MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND HAIL UP TO THREE INCHES IN DIAMETER. 

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION. 

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
