  Eel River At Fernbridge affecting Humboldt County 

A strong storm system will impact Northwest California on Sunday. 
This weather system will produce rainfall amounts ranging from 
2 to 6 inches across the region over a 12 hour period and will result 
in rapid rises on main stem rivers. 


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
