* AT 649 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF KISMET...MOVING NORTHEAST
  AT 35 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND TENNIS BALL SIZE HAIL.
