  WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH ARE EXPECTED FOR THE SOUTHERN NEBRASKA
  PANHANDLE.

* IMPACTS...MAINLY TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES WITH STRONG CROSS WINDS.
  THOSE WITH LIGHT TRAILERS OR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES ARE URGED TO
